Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and has been licensed by the State of California since 1985. He worked in a specialty trade in the construction industry for several years before joining the firm of Fuhler, Baker & Company in 1981. In 1990, he became a partner in the firm. His responsibilities include the management of the accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services provided to clients of the firm. The firm specializes in performing these services to members of the construction industry. Joe is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Southern California Contractors Association, and served as a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) for 10 years.
